CAN PROPAGATION BY WAY OF CUTTINGS BE TAKEN FROM THIS DRAGON TREE ? I HAVE SEEN ROOT/TRUNK ROT IN THESE TREES BEFORE, A GOOD EXAMPLE IS IN BRISBANE BOTANICAL GARDENS. MAGNIFICENT TREES !!
