On the day trip to Thirlmere for the Festival of Steam, we were given a little 'snack box' both for the morning trip down and on its return in the afternoon...

------Clearly, in love (or are they having a lovely time?)

------Yes, this is grass, and its at work! It is also in the middle of the drought back in the summer of 2010 when we, as with all of Sydney, were under water restrictions. Doesn't look very good for a major garden to have its lawn looking like this now does it??

------Mum, she really is the world to me... Here are some shots of her...

------Although, I WISHED it was not her in the Mondo Grass in the Garden...

------Nothing fancy, its well laid out and easy to get things done in... And yet, regardless of distance, MB in NH has a very similar kitchen as well, almost the SAME cupboards!!!

------I find myself saying 'Cheers' a lot, even when closing a telephone conversation... Cheers Mate... So, with that in mind, I will now say cheers...

------Firstly, I thought, how do you take a photo of a smell?? So a little 'outside the box' thinking was needed for this one. A smell that I do adore, apart from the standard perfumes etc (Michael Kors being VERY high on the list) is that of flowers, and more so, the smell of freshly cut grass. No surprises there hey?
I don't know what it is, I just like the smell of fresh cut grass, much the same as a storm that is not to far away. Also, again weird I know, but in the middle of summer, on a hot bitumen road, when it starts to rain, again when there is a storm nearing, ahh the smells of summer...
