This cute little dusty pink Callistemon lives in the back yard. It such a sweet looking colour, and in many ways, better than the red ones that are so common...

------Here we go, back to Bali, but this time, its in Nusa Dua Markets... The aim of the game here was to find a bargain, board shorts, tee-shirts and the like, and I found many. But I think the overall bargain of the trip was finding 'Bali Benny' who made you leather shoes and sandles in 24 hours! L got two pairs whilst I only got the one, but we found a bargain let me tell you!!!

------Nestled away in Hobart, and at the end of Kelly Street, historic Kelly’s Steps connect Salamanca Place to Battery Point. They were built in 1839 by Captain James Kelly, an adventurer who made a comfortable living from sealing and whaling. ------Why at 40,000 ft of course, where else?? This series of photos is from EK001 - Dubai to London in Business; QF21 - Sydney to Tokyo Narita in Economy, and finally EK418, which is between Sydney and Auckland in Economy. It is a good representation on the differences between Qantas and Emirates Economy breakfast, but the Emirates business was a light breakfast, and the lunch that was served later in the flight was far more exquisite and plentiful!!

------Another from the series in Santiago, Chile... The Wednesday of the conference, we went to the top of the Andes, and here I am up the top of the 'Andes Express', which is the second highest peak in the Valle Nevado ski park at 3,485m!!!

------I couldn't find anything as a 'younger you' in my flickr account, but I went back and found this little gem. It was when we went to Aalborg in Denmark. It was a Conference L went to and I was there in the 'Partners Program'. We went on a nature excursion, and what you are seeing is a water spring in the bogs up in the northern Jutland area, not far from Aalborg itself.
